By accessing or using Law Bop (getlawbop.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use this platform. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Law Bop LLC, a Mississippi limited liability company.
Law Bop is an educational and entertainment platform offering original music-based content designed to assist users in studying for the bar exam. The platform provides audio recordings, lyrics, and related educational materials organized by Multistate Bar Examination (MBE) and Multistate Essay Examination (MEE) subject area.
Law Bop is a supplemental study tool only. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice, legal representation, or a guarantee of any outcome on any bar examination or licensing examination. Law Bop LLC is not a law firm. Results vary based on individual effort, study habits, jurisdiction, and overall preparation. Use of this platform does not guarantee bar passage.
Law Bop offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. The following plans are available:
Monthly Subscription: Billed each month on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your Account page. Upon cancellation, your access continues through the end of your current billing month. No further charges will be applied after cancellation. Partial months are not refunded.
Bar Season Pass: A one-time payment that provides access for a defined bar prep season (April through July for the July bar examination, or November through February for the February bar examination). Early access passes extend the access window by two additional months before the season officially opens. Season Pass purchases are final and non-refundable. Your access runs through the end of your season window regardless of when you purchased.
Institutional Site License: An annual license for law schools and bar preparation programs, governed by a separate written agreement between Law Bop LLC and the institution.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing content you have paid for, contact getlawbop@gmail.com and we will make it right.
Law Bop LLC reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Active monthly subscribers will receive no fewer than thirty (30) days advance notice by email prior to any price change taking effect on their account. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new rate takes effect and you will not be charged the new price. Season Pass pricing is locked at the time of purchase for the duration of that pass.
Law Bop may offer free trial periods, promotional access, or partner-based access at its discretion. Free trial and promotional access periods have defined expiration dates. Upon expiration, users will revert to the free tier unless they subscribe to a paid plan. Law Bop LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer at any time.
All content on this platform, including but not limited to music, lyrics, audio recordings, graphics, and text, is owned by Law Bop LLC and is protected by United States copyright law. All rights reserved. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without the express written permission of Law Bop LLC. Law Bop and the Law Bop logo are trademarks of Law Bop LLC (federal registration pending).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. Law Bop LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You agree not to: share your account credentials with others; attempt to circumvent any access controls or subscription requirements; reproduce or distribute platform content; use the platform for any unlawful purpose; or interfere with the operation of the platform.
This platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Law Bop LLC does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of inaccuracies. AI-generated audio content may contain mispronunciations or errors. Users are responsible for verifying all legal content through authoritative sources.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Law Bop LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this platform, including but not limited to failure to pass a bar examination. Law Bop LLC's total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Law Bop LLC in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mississippi.
Law Bop LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
